Requirements:
Matric or Equivalent. · Fully Computer Literate in MS Office and most importantly understanding of GAAP. · Must be proficient in all sections of a store. · 2 years Managerial experience in a retail environment · Ability to provide frequent, direct, and oral feedback. · Proficient knowledge of stock control and management. · A high level of problem-solving skills. · Strong leadership capabilities. · Must be available at a moment’s notice, and able to work extended hours including weekends and nights. · High level of reliability. · Own reliable transport
Duties:
· Managing and motivating a team. · Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store. · Keeping track of stock ordering, administering stock control, and managing par levels. · Overseeing and being custodian of excellent guest service. · Dealing with queries, complaints, and feedback. · Develop and maintain a schedule for team members. · Ensure store always remains clean and presentable. · Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. · Implementing operational policies and procedures. · Investigate and report back findings at visited stores.
